Great skiing without long lines. Friendly staff. Good place to take a family. One suggestions, they really need to add a way to store multi-day equipment rentals on site. Inconvenient to drag all the equipment back and forth.
1 Call to make sure your room is ready!!(if they pick up) you don't want your day gone only to be frustrated at check-in, i have experienced it and many other i meet that day have been waiting for considerably a longtime, before they can actually start skiing, if lucky within the same day!
3.Resort check-in at 4 PM , still this will likely delayed and their excuse is to blame House Keeper, and i get it, they're understaffed.

in general, understandbly, it's the first snow of the year, it maybe why they're like that. just make sure follow above tips, hopefully it will ensure you have a great experience. or else, there are still other places. let me know if you find better place around cannan valley.
5.you need to check out at 12, even though your check in was not 12 the Day before, even it was pushed and delayed. all up to you, or go wherever you want.
clearly this resort is understaffed. no one will help you with your luggage, or take your call during check-in peak hour, and impatiently provide the assistance while check in. (of course, this can be bearable and understandable with low price you have to pay $150-$200 per night) but continue to read below, see what you can learn to make your next trip better.
We stayed for NYE and had a great time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed all that there is to offer from the snow tubing to the skiing to the heated sauna to the NYE dinner and live band party as well as the New Year’s Day buffet breakfast. They have a shuttle to and from the ski center, which is very convenient. Prices are great and competitive, you will definitely have a blast.
I really have doubt in these good reviews, otherwise i can only assume that have visited this place at a very wrong time(busiest time)
Great skiing at a low price. No lift lines and a great place to learn how to ski. Lifts are slow, but that is one of the only negatives of this wonderful place.
