If you are reading positive reviews you can rest assured they were written by employees or friends of the owner, definitely not by anyone that has ever stayed at one of these cabins. RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!! That can not be stated enough. Half of the things listed that are suppose to be included with the cabin are straight out lies. Ours was listed to have a hot tube and internet, both of which were not included.. well i mean there was a hot tub on the porch but it was empty and broken. The internet was just non-existent for the 4 days we were there. When mentioned to the people on the phone she at first acted surprised as to why the hot tub would be empty and then later informed us that they were aware that it was broke and were just waiting on replacement parts but that did not justify any reduction on rental prices. Of course why would you not mention that fact prior to us renting the cabin? In fact they acted like they couldn't care less. Like everyone else I wish this rating system went down to 0 stars, cause that's what they deserve. We didn't get firewood till the second night and had to shovel all of our own walkways just to get into the cabin. I won't even get into the fact we had to kill mice with a shovel and throw them outside, yes mice... as in plural. Never again.

Hot tub was empty & frozen, no firewood first night. When you rent a house, you’d expect it to be nicer than your own home! I almost forgot to mention the WiFi was out so we missed the ufc fight we had hoped to watch on New Year’s Eve. We basically paid a grand to stay in an older home in the middle of Nowhere. DO NOT RENT FROM MOUNTAIN TOP REALTY!!!!
THEY DON'T HAVE TRASH CAN IN THE PROPERTY AND YOU NEED TO CARRY YOUR TRASH IN YOUR CAR TO DUMPSTER WHICH IS 5 MILES FAR AND THEY MAKE YOU PAY IF YOU DON'T TAKE AWAY YOUR TRASH AT THE CHECKOUT. AND THE "ICING ON THE CAKE" IS THEY ALREADY MADE YOU PAY 100 DOLLAR FOR CLEANING FEE WHILE BOOKING .

Excellent customer service in my opinion. I think the place is great! i'm staying in the "brookside" home. I love it. I must have said i'm in heaven 10 times.
The cabin we stayed in was just beautiful. There were a few minor issues that didn't really affect anything that we brought to their attention at checkout. They said they would make a note and have it taken care of. The only thing I would change is the cleaning fee. If you are going to charge that much for cleaing then we should not have to collect towels, remove bed sheets, and take the trash to the dumster. The place was filled with books, games, movies, and plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels! EVERYTHING you need to cook is right there. Beautiful dishes!
